Implements and hosts Access to Memory (AtoM) and builds substantial extensions (the “Heratio” framework) to add modern workflows, portals, and integrations.

Delivers records management + archival compliance work (policy, retention/disposal, metadata governance, auditability) aligned to South African regulatory and ISO expectations.

Runs digitisation + AI enablement (OCR/HTR, entity extraction, classification, summarisation, PII handling) to turn large unstructured collections and shared drives into searchable, trusted records.

Provides operational support: upgrades, performance tuning (DB/search), security hardening, monitoring, backups, and continuity for production archival platforms.
